SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Do any restrictions apply on free shipping?

 

Free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We apologize that free ground shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

 

When can I expect my package to arrive?

 

1) If order contains Preorder/Backorder & in stock items, in stock items will ship first & Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available.

 

2) To know when your in-stock package will arrive, our customer service team will contact you via email to provide you the shipping date, tracking number and estimated arrival date. For any change of sending address, please send email to shipping@yamagatech.com for amendments before shipping.

 

How can I track my order?

 

You shall receive the tracking number from our customer service team and you could check the shipping status by the tracking number.

 

Shipments are subject to USPS on time performance and availability.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Nasudake brand products purchased by consumers directly from Yamaga Limited. We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any product reason, simply return it within the 30-day period for a full refund.

Returning a product

 

If you would like to return Nasudake branded product, please directly contact us through return@yamagatech.com for obtaining a RMA number for return.

 

Returned products must contain all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals.

Please follow these steps to return your purchase to us:

  1. Pack your item in the original packaging.

  2. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

  3. Include the packing slip or gift receipt sent with shipping confirmation; we will not accept returns without a packing slip or receipt.

  4. Send the return back to the Returns Center Address listed on Shipping Confirmation Email.

 

For proof of delivery please use a traceable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and please email us the tracing number to return@yamagagtech.com. Then our customer service team will follow up with you on the returning.

 

You are responsible for shipping charges with the exception of product defect or a shipping error on our part.

Note: please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as united parcel service, federal express or the United States postal service that is able to track shipments.

 

Yamaga Limited cannot, unfortunately, accept returns of Nasudake branded products purchased from other retailers or from Amazon platform.

Receiving Refunds

 

Yamaga will issue a refund to the Credit Card or Paypal used for the original purchase; please allow up to 30 days for the credit to show on your account or 7 days for Paypal to show on your account.

 

Exchanging a product

 

If you are experiencing any issues with the use or enjoyment of a product purchased on yamagatech.com, we can help resolve them. Please contact us through exchange@yamagatech.com.

WARRANTY

Who is covered

 

This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

 

What is covered / For how long

 

Unless a different warranty period is stated in the owner's guide provided with your Yamaga product, for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, Yamaga warrants that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Yamaga authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.

 

What is not covered

 

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; insects; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data; damages caused by use with non-Yamaga products; product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

 

What we will do

 

During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge of replacement.

 

What we will not do

 

Pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.

 

Yamaga Limited cannot, unfortunately, accept returns of Nasudake branded products purchased from other retailers,  from Amazon platform or any other 3rd parties e-commerce platform.

 

Other conditions

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YAMAGA CORPORATION’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL YAMAGA BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF STORED DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH YOUR YAMAGA PRODUCT.

 

This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
